The Park Bistro is located near the historic burgh of Linlithgow. The old grain barn has been transformed into a cosy restaurant that serves you with a warm welcome and friendly service. It is a popular dining spot for both locals and tourists.
Outdoor dining is offered on the large patio, which lets you enjoy the fresh air in better weather! It is Scotland after all!! The bistro offers a varied menu all day, with special daily dishes from the head chef. The Park Bistro also uses many local suppliers for their meats, fish and vegetables.
Eating At Park Bistro – Vegan-Friendly Restaurant.
The Farmhouse burgers “Classic” and “Bacon” are like your usual standard burgers, and then you can get a variety of different burgers from Chicken to Lamb, to set off your tastebuds. The burgers at this Linlithgow cafe are amazingly tasty and you should really try them. I personally like that they cater for vegans and people with dietary requirements. It is always best to contact them directly so you can double-check your requirements.
The is onsite parking which is always a bonus. Currently, due to covid, you are best to order your food for collection in advance as there can be a wait if you order at the door. There are currently not taking table reservations, so if you wish to get a table then it is first come first served. You can find their contact details and more covid regulations over on the Park Bistro Website.
As the Park Bistro is located canalside, you can easily go for a stroll before or after your meal. Even though it is a popular place to eat in West Lothian, the canal never seems overly busy which is great.
It is such a picturesque location and the fact they use local suppliers for their food makes it even more special as its locals helping locals. It definitely gives it a community feel when you know that. Personally, it is one of my favourite Linlithgow restaurants and shouldn’t be missed.
