West Lothian has been enjoying the winter snow for the past few weeks now (when will it disappear!!?), and so I thought I would put a post up about some of the cool snow sledges you can get for some fun winter family times with your kids. Don’t get me wrong I do like the snow…but only to look at it! Driving in it is another story! Anyway, it is providing much fun and entertainment for the kids and the snow sledges I have had in the cupboard have come in very useful. I have certainly had my money’s worth out of them and they are still going strong!

These snow wedges/sit on snow seats look great for kids, although I have seen adults using them too. Personally, I don’t think I would feel safe on one but they are very popular and come in a range of colours and prices do vary.

I’m not too sure I would be able to stand up on these, but I suppose they are the stage before a snowboard? Don’t quote me on that but they certainly do look very cool.

I have never seen any of these out on the hills and I’m not sure how long they would last. However, they look so much fun and can see you picking up some amount of speed on them.
